• Design completed and drawings approved for ‘construction use’
  • Liaise with the main contractor to agree start date. Allocate manpower to meet programme and sequence of work
  • Nominate and introduce our site staff, site manager and contracts manager
  • Submit method statements, risk assessments and health and safety policy
  • Agree safe working practices compliant with main contractors’ health and safety policy and strategy


A good installation does not happen by accident and we are mindful of the need to monitor progress and hand over areas in good time to following trades.


Our installations will

  • Meet Building Control requirements
  • Satisfy relevant British Standards where applicable
  • Take into account fire strategy and Fire Officers’ requirements
  • Comply with CQC standards particularly with regard to lighting levels, call systems and security arrangements
  • Be tested, commissioned and certified accordingly
  • Be documented and appropriate Health and Safety and Operational, Maintenance and Installation Record Manuals provided


Oh, and we will shift our rubbish and put it in the skip.
